Consultation & Training

Guarding Minds @ Work is available to any employer at no charge and can be conducted without any external support.

Some organizations, however, have requested further support or training in order to build their understanding and knowledge of the resources and maximize their success in implementation. In response to these requests, GM@W is pleased to offer a range of services including:

• Presentations on GM@W to management and staff within an organization considering implementation
• Training of organizational personnel to become internal experts on GM@W
• Training of consultants or other independent professionals who want to add expertise in GM@W to their repertoire of skills and services
• Collaborative support for an organization or work team (in person or by phone or email) at each stage of GM@W implementation
• Customization of the GM@W resource to address particular organizational needs

All training and consultation is provided by the team of expert scientist-practitioners who developed GM@W. Services are based on the same guiding principle of providing a practical, evidence-based process and set of tools that will enhance the psychological safety and health of workers and workplaces.
