It is ideal to take some immediate action to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to responding to the results. Something as simple as subscribing to free mental health awareness emails and forwarding them to your employees could help.
As defined in the National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace, a critical element is to engage employees at all levels in developing and implementing the actions. This cannot be a paper exercise or rely solely on policy changes. The On the agenda workshop series can help you facilitate productive conversations.

Health and safety in workplaces requires a continual improvement approach. Psychological health and safety is no different. It is unlikely you will ever achieve perfection, but with ongoing assessment, action and evaluation, you can have a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.
