Introducing Guarding Minds at Work
Email copy:
Dear staff member (or appropriate term for your organization),
One of [ORGANIZATION’S NAME]’s important goals is to maintain psychological health and safety at work for everyone. We recognize that our employees are our most important asset and your well-being strengthens the organization as a whole.
The National Standard of Canada on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace recommends a process of continual improvement to support the kind of workplace where all employees can thrive.
As part of our process of continual improvement we are pleased to announce the Guarding Minds at Work survey.
Guarding Minds at Work uses information collected confidentially from all employees to help us effectively identify and address organizational issues related to psychological health and safety in the workplace. These results can also help us to continue to do whatever is already working well.
The survey does not ask about your personal health. It focuses on workplace factors within the influence and control of our organization that could affect employee psychological health and safety. Visit www.guardingmindsatwork.ca to learn more about this resource.
Over the next few weeks, you will receive details on how to complete the survey. Please do not hesitate to contact [NAME/TITLE/NUMBER/EMAIL] if you have any questions.
With best regards, [Signature] [Name]
