Organizational Review plus Survey

Guarding Minds at Work recommends

This is the ideal approach. It allows you to compare employee perspectives from the survey with the perspectives of those that completed the organizational review. You must complete both in order to generate a comparison report.

Organizational Review

This is a review for senior leaders to explore existing policies and practices in relation to the same psychosocial factors found in the survey. It can be done on its own or in addition to the survey. This may be your only option if your organization has fewer than 10 employees, or if it is not convenient to conduct an employee survey.


Survey

This is a 61-item survey you can administer to all employees in your organization or work unit. It provides an assessment of employee perceptions for each psychosocial factor.


Stress Satisfaction Scan

This scan provides six items for employees to rank the extent to which they are stressed or satisfied at work.

This is suitable for your organization if:

  • You want a quick snapshot of stress versus satisfaction among your employees.
  • There are insufficient resources to conduct and respond to the more comprehensive Guarding Minds survey at this time.
